Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Can I use discount codes or promotions?

A: Yes! Enter a valid promo code at checkout. Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise noted. 

Q: Where do I enter discount codes?

A: Promo codes can be entered on the checkout page before completing payment.

Q: How do I know my order went through?

A: You'll receive an email confirmation after placing your order. Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking information. 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship nationwide?

A: Yes. We ship across the United States and Canada. Canadian customer may be responsible for additional duties, taxes, or fees at delivery. 

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Most in-stock orders ship withing 1-2 business days. Specialty parts, drop shipping parts, or backordered items may take longer. 

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?

A: Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout. 

Q: Can I track my shipment?

A: Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted within 30 days of deliver on unused items in original packaging. Some exclusions apply. Full details: Shipping & Return Policy

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Submit a request through our Return Request Form. A parts specialist will contact you with next steps. 

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: If the item return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we'll cover shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: How do I know if a part fits my trailer?

A; Each product page includes dimensions and fitment details. If you're unsure, please contact us with your trailer's VIN, model, year, a description of the part, and photos if possible. 

Q: Do you sell OEM Felling Trailer parts?

A: Yes. We carry genuine OEM Felling Trailer parts as well as approved aftermarket options that fit many manufacturer's trailers.

Common Symptoms (most to least common):

  1. Cylinder won't retract
  2. Pump won't lower
  3. Cylinder won't extend
  4. Cylinder won't retract
  5. Won't hold load
  6. Start solenoid only clicks
  7. Load bounces when cylinder retracts
  8. Motor not running
  9. Excessive heat from unit
  10. Reservoir overflows
  11. Struggles to lift load
  12. Pressure not building
  13. Won't lift load
  14. Cylinder extends while not operating
  15. Aeration of hydraulic fluid
  16. Start solenoid stays on

Common Causes (most to least common):

  1. Low battery voltage
  2. Poor ground connection
  3. Packing on cylinder rod worn out
  4. Coil not energizing
  5. Loose inlet
  6. Directional valve not shifting
  7. Dirty contacts in hand control
  8. Check hand control
  9. Bad seals in cylinder
  10. Clogged orifice
  11. Bad start solenoid
  12. Thermal pressure lock coil
  13. Pump not priming
  14. Bad diode
  15. Debris in load holding valve
  16. Hoses connected backwards
