In October, I purchased a brand new over the road trailer. This week I had a a problem with the trailer, wrecked one of the Air bags. Called Felling, spoke to Scott he said to bring it in right away. They replace the other airbag check the suspension torqued everything and had it back to me in a few hours. Made a copy of the airbag I had to buy on the road said they would reimburse me. I had my trailer back in about 5 hours, spectacular customer service. If you're looking for a heavy duty trailer I would look at Felling first. Great job guys.
